Enjoy A Unique ice fishing experience at Mission Beach!
Geoff Zastrow, the resort’s owner, will put you on his favorite multi-species spots, with a variety of fish species including; sunfish, crappie, northern pike, bass & walleye.
Mission Beach Resort does not offer paid public access. Our small ice road is only for our fish house customers and us. We aim to keep fishing pressure low near our rental house.
Ice House Pricing:
6.5’ x 16’ Sleeper – Up to 4 people
- $200/night + tax (Sunday- Thursday)
- $250/night + tax (Friday-Saturday)
- $1200 + tax for a week
Check-in is 1:00 PM-3:00 PM.,
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold reservations. Remaining balance due at check-in.
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, one night minimum on weekdays.

- Vexilar Rental – $25/day
- Underwater camera rental – $25/day
- Full-Service Package (Vexilar, rod & reel rigged w/ Geoff’s suggested tackle & bait) $55/day
*Any group that leaves trash on the ice, under the house, uses the restroom on the house banking, or smokes in the fish house will be subject to a cleanup fee of $200 or more. Please be respectful of the lake and people using the house after you.
Ice House is equipped with the following:
- Vented furnace
- 2 burner cooktop stove
- LP and 12v lighting
- 12v power outlets (cigarette lighter)
- Four sleeping bunks with pads
- Paper towels, garbage bags & toilet paper
- Rattle wheels (2 or 3)
- A porta-potty will be located near the fish house
What do you need to bring?
- Sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows.
- Cooking utensils
- Food & drinking water
- Rods, reels, bait, and tackle.
- Valid Fishing License
